Hearty Beans and Ginkgo Nuts Dessert

Soak red beans, green beans, black-eyed beans, barley and split mung beans separately overnight. Drain each bean well.

Bring water to a boil. Add in all the beans, barley and pandan leaves. Cook to a boil. Cover slightly and cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes.

Halfway through add ginkgo nuts. Continue to cook until all beans are tender.

Add in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener or if preferred, add adequate amount of Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener to taste to each bowl served. Stir to mix then dish out to serve.
