Puree berries then strain into a bowl to discard seeds.

Stir in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener and lemon juice. Set aside.

Place water in a small pan, then sprinkle gelatin. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add to berries mixture then refrigerate for 1 hr.

Whip cream until stiff peaks. Set aside.

Whip gelatin mixture on high speed until foamy.

Add cream, beat on slow speed until combined.

Spoon into dessert glasses. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
