Soak dhal beans for 3 hours, then discard the water.

Set aside a handful of dhal, grind the rest with a little water until it crumbles.

Then discard the water and mix with other ingredients (onion, dried chili, curry leaves, separated dhal beans, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt)

Marinate for 1 hour.

Heat the oil, knead the dough and flatten it, then fry the magelek dough until crisp and golden.

Ready to serve.
