Set aside ¼ cup of soaked dhall bean and grind the rest without water.

Add onions, curry leaves, dried chilies, and cumin. Then grind again. Transfer to another bowl.

Season with TUMIX® Anchovy Stock.

Add the reserved soaked dhall bean, along with white pepper powder and wheat flour. Mix well.

Shape into balls and flatten. Repeat until the mixture is finished.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, then add the vadai and deep fry until cooked and crispy.

Ready to serve.
