Ingredient A: marinade
Ingredient B: coating
Ingredient C: sauce

Instructions

Marinate the chicken for a while with ingredients (A) except oil.

Mix ingredients (B) in a bowl, coat the marinated chicken and fry it until crispy and golden. Set aside.

For the sauce, heat some oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, water, sugar, honey, vinegar and corn flour mixture. Let it boil and thicken. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and garnish it with sesame seed and spring onion. Ready to served.
