Chicken Drumsticks with Strings of Love

Season chicken drumsticks with marinade (A) for 30 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick saucepan. Pan-fry drumsticks over medium low heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the saucepan and sauté bay leaf, onion, celery and carrot until fragrant.

Add chicken and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, seasonings (B) and dried oregano. Simmer until meat is tender.

Cook angel hair spaghetti in boiling water. Add a dash of salt and a few drops of olive oil. Cook until al dente. Dish out and add in butter. Toss well.

Add garnishing. Serve spaghetti with chicken drumsticks and gravy.
