Ginger Steamed Fish

Wash the fish with lemon juice to avoid the fish smell.

Place the fish in a steamed tray.

Mix brown sugar, TUMIX®, oyster sauce and lime juice, pour on the fish.

Sprinkle ginger, garlic, green and chili, lemon grass on the fish.

Steam till cooked.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Stir-Fried Kangkung with Garlic

Stir fry cashew nut and oats without oil, keep aside.

Heat oil, saute garlic and red chili.

Add in water spinach.
