Claypot Prawns with Glass Noodles

Instructions

Place coriander roots and Szechuan pepper in a claypot.

Layer in the glass noodles and the prawns.

Spoon in the seasoning, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® stock. Allow to boil till prawns are cooked.

Pour in the evaporated milk (be careful that it will not over-boiled) and serve immediately with coriander.
Tips:

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 26% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
