Orange Coconut Jelly

Peel the cut orange and keep the fruit in a container. Slowly separate the peeled fruit.

Combine coconut water and agar-agar powder. Stir slowly on low heat until the powder is fully dissolved.

Pour in orange juice and food colouring. Let the mixture cool a bit before putting in coconut and orange flesh. Mix in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener, stir until dissolved.

Carefully pour the mixture into a container and chill in fridge.
