Heat the ghee and sauté ingredients (A) until fragrant.

Add ingredients (B) and sauté until they are well-cooked.

Add the biryani spices and SERI-AJI® Chicken Fried Rice Seasoning. Sauté until the oil separates.

Add the basmati rice, evaporated milk, water, and pandan leaves. Stir well.

Transfer the mixture into an electric rice cooker and let it cook.

When the rice is halfway cooked, gradually add the food coloring and coriander leaves. Let the rice cook fully.

Garnish with fried onions and serve.
