Cheesy Egg Burger

Heat the cooking oil. Grill burger patty over medium heat until cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides of the patty during cooking. Keep aside.

Heat the egg ring mould on a hot flat pan, break the egg inside and let it cook through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 2 times on each side of the egg during cooking. Place cheddar cheese slice on top and let it melt.

Toast the bun until slightly brown on both sides.

On the bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, burger patty, and egg with cheddar cheese slice, then pipe mayonnaise, chilli sauce and top with 2 shakes of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Then place the top bun.
