Heat cooking oil. Fry until crisp anchovies, peanuts, dried chili leaves, and kaffir lime leaves separately, drain and set aside.

In a clean pan, add anchovies, peanuts, dried chilies, and kaffir lime leaves and sprinkle Seri-Aji® Anchovy Flavour Fried Rice 72g and fry for a while using low heat. Turn off the heat after the powder is smooth and covers all the ingredients.
