Method for Fried Noodles

Heat oil, saute shallot, garlic and chili paste until fragrant.

Add chicken, stir until it changes colour.

Add prawns and carrot, cook for 1 minute.

Add sauces ingredients (A) , choy sum, fishballs, noodles and beasprout. Stir well.

Mix in egg, stir to combine.

Serve sprinkled with spring onion and red chili.
Method for ABC Soup

Boil all the ingredients.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

Serve hot.
Method for Dragon Fruit Pudding
1
Bring to the boil water, milk and agar-agar powder. Stir contanstly.

Turn heat off, add Pal Sweet® and dragon fruit.

Pour into a mould and let it set and chill.
4
Serve with lime juice.
