Method for Chicken Biryani

Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 15 minutes.

Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.

Add in onions, curry leaves and water.

Add in marinated chicken, stir well until it is cooked.
Method for Cucumber Raita

Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
Method for Light Tomato Soup

Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.

Add in onions and tomato.

Pour water and season with TUMIX®.

Simmer for 5 minutes. Add in cilantro and serve hot.
Method for Mango Lassi
1
Blend all ingredients and serve cold.
