Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, then fry it until half cooked, set aside.

Heat the 2 tbsp of oil, saute the lemongrass and curry leaves until fragrant.

Add in the blended ingredients with chili paste, stir fry until the when oil separates.

Add in the fried chicken to the wok, mix well with sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar and water. Let the gravy slightly thicken and the chicken fully cooked

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
