Mix ingredients (A) until well mixed.

Marinate chicken meat with 1 tsp of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.

Melt the butter, stir-fry the chicken until half cooked.

Add in potato, stir-fry until slightly golden.

Add in onion, button mushroom, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Mix well.

Season with 1 tsp of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.

Pour in mixture (A) and spread evenly.

With slow fire, let the egg be heated until ¾ cooked.

Transfer the egg on a plate.

Flip the egg to the pan, and let it fully cooked.

Ready to serve.
