Beat egg with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.

Add in carrot, spring onion and white rice. Mix well.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Cook until both sides is cook through, browned and crisp. Sprinkle black sesame seed. Repeat until the mixture is done.

Ready to be serve.
