Cut tomato into half and remove the seeds.

Chop tomato and place into a bowl.

Add minced garlic, olive oil, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, AJI-NO-MOTO® and lemon juice.

Stir in thinly sliced basil.

Brush baguette with olive oil.

Place oil side of the baguette onto a sauté pan and toast lightly.

Remove from the pan and rub some garlic. Place tomato mixture over baguette and serve.
