Add AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper in egg mixture. Mix until even.

Coat the patties with flour. Then, dip in egg mixture. Next, coat with bread crumbs.

Heat the cooking oil. Fry the breaded patties on slow fire until golden brown. Set aside.

To prepare the sauce, combine AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper with mayonnaise and chili sauce in a bowl and mix well.

To prepare the burger, cut the bun into two.

Arrange the toppings based on preferences. Put the fried patty.

Spread the sauce on the patty and top with bun.

Ready to serve.
