For batter:

Combine all ingredients, mix well and strain into a bowl. Please Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil.

Pour a small amount of batter to make a crepe.

When done, remove and let it cool.
For filling:

Mix cream with Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener.

Whip until stiff. Place 1 tbsp cream onto crepe.

Spoon durian flesh then top with cream.

Fold into a parcel. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
