Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, shallot and mustard seeds until fragrant.

Add in carrot, curry leaves, green chili and turmeric powder, continue frying until the carrot is almost cooked.

Add in cabbage, stir-fry until cooked.

Season with Rasa Sifu™ and mix well.

Ready to serve.
