Crack egg into mixing bowl, add fresh milk, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Beat well using a whisk until it is slightly foamy. Keep aside.

Melt butter in a pre-heated non-stick pan, stir-fry yellow onion.

Then add tomato and spinach, stir-fry for 1 minute then turn heat to medium heat.

Pour in beaten egg, stir until the egg is begins to set. Turn off the heat.

Serve hot.
