Marinate chicken meat, prawn meat and scallop with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, keep aside.

Shred dried scallop.

Heat up cooking oil, add in eggs and cook until semi solid, add in mixed vegetables and marinated meat. Stir well.

Add in dried scallop, rice and SERI-AJI® Yang Chow Fried Rice Mix, mix well.

Garnish it with spring onion, serve warm.
