Wash rice and drain.

Heat oil and saute coriander seed, cumin seed and mustard seed.

Add in ginger paste, garlic paste and shallot. Saute for a while.

Add in ingredients (A).

Add rice, stir vigorously until rice is coated with oil before adding water. Add SERI-AJIĀ® Kampung Fried Rice Mix and stir before covering.

Cook on low heat until cooked.
