Heat the cooking oil and ghee. Saute the ingredient (A) until fragrant.

Fry the blended ingredient (B) until oil separated.

Add in mutton and mix well.

Add in water and tomato puree, mix well. Braise for a while.

Add the yogurt, season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Braise for about 1 ½ hours or until the mutton is tender.

Ready to serve.
