Mix all ingredients (A) in a bowl and keep in the refrigerator.

Marinate chicken frankfurter with 6 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper then stir-fry with heated cooking oil in a pan. Keep aside.

Clean all potatoes and poke the potatoes with fork. Wrap them with aluminium foil

Bake at 200˚C for 1 hour in a pre-heated oven.

Cut slit a potato in the middle, add 1 tbsp butter, 5 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and 2 tbsp grated cheeses mix. Mix well until all butter and cheese are melted.

Top with pan-fried chicken frankfurter, sweet corn kernel, gherkins, coleslaw, pickled cabbage (optional) and pipe ketchup on top. Repeat for remaining 3 potatoes.

Ready to serve.
