Wash and cook potato in salted water, refresh and remove the skin.

Blanch French bean and keep aside.

Mix vinegar, olive oil, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, whisk to mix well.

Lightly season the salad items, dress the salad with semi emulsion.

Plate on a bed of lettuce and top the salad with hardboiled egg and parsley.
