Heat oil, fry anchovies until crispy. Drain well.

Mix well mango, tomato, onion, bird’s eye chilies, lime juice, AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt in a bowl.

Sprinkle anchovies on top and serve.
Tips:

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 11% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
