Sizzling Beef Pepper Rice

Honey Sauce
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Mix well and put aside for beef pepper rice.
Garlic Sauce
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Mix well and put aside for beef pepper rice.
Beef Pepper Rice
Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Add in Holland onion and shiitake mushroom and stir-fry until soft.
Turn the heat to low. Push the mushroom to one side of the pan. Add rice at the centre. Put corn kernel, egg and beef, one by one around the rice in the pan.
Pour honey sauce and garlic sauce on the condiments around the rice.
Put butter on top of the rice. Sprinkle spring onion all over.
Shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper on top of all ingredients evenly. Mix well and ready to serve.
