Heat oil, sauté the blended ingredients (A) until fragrant, then add the ground chili and curry powder. Stir until the oil separates or when the oil floats to the top.

Add in prawn stock, ground prawn and mashed sweet potato. Cook until boiling.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, TUMIX® and salt. Simmer until the gravy thickens.

To serve, put yellow noodles in a bowl and top it with other accompaniments.

Pour the gravy and ready to be served.
