Wash groundnuts and soak overnight. Rub off the skin.

Bring water to a boil with pandan leaves. Add in groundnuts and simmer for about an hour or until tender and soft to the bite.

Drizzle in thickener and stir to combine. Turn off fire.

Add Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener and salt to the soup. Serve warm as a dessert.
