Instructions

Mix lotus paste and melon seeds well.

Roll 30 g of lotus paste mixture into round shape. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients (A) and knead until smooth.

Divide into 20 g portion.

Wrap the fillings and shape with moon cake mould. Remove from mould and keep chill in refrigerator.
