Combine ingredients A in pressure cooker and allow to cook for ½ hour. If slow cooker is used, cook for 3 hours.

When beans and rice are fully cooked to a porridge, add in dried longan and palm sugar. Add a little more water if the porridge is too thick.

When ready to serve, top with coconut milk and Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener to taste.
