Heat cooking oil and stir fry anchovy until fragrant.

Add in chicken, stir fry until it is cooked, set aside before adding the eggs.

When the egg is almost set, add in mustard green and white rice, mix well.

Sprinkle in the SERI-AJIĀ® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
