Mix egg yolks with white rice evenly. Keep aside.

Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry salmon until browned and fragrant. Keep aside.

Add in shrimp and corn, then continue to stir fry until cooked, then add in white eggs and stir-fry.

Add white rice coated with egg yolk and sprinkle 3½ tbsp Seri-Aji® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 72g then stir-fry until mixed-well.

Add in seaweed flakes and fried salmon then mixed well.

Top with spring onion and serve hot.
