Marinate the chicken with ingredients (A) at least 1 hour.

Mix egg with chicken powder and pepper powder.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the egg. Once cooked, turn off the heat, and put aside.

Heat the 2 tbsp of oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add the marinated chicken, then stir-fry until cooked.

Add in tang hoon and egg, then mix well.

Add in some corn flour mixture. Serve hot with rice.
