Chicken Stew with Hard Boiled Eggs

Boil the eggs, peel the shells and put aside.

Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and pepper powder.

Heat the oil, sauté condiment (A). Add the marinated chicken, stir-fry over medium heat until almost cooked.

Pour water and seasoning (B), and boil.

Add eggs, simmer together with the chicken for 15 minutes.

Add in corn starch mixture and sesame oil.

Serve hot with rice.

Add sesame oil in the final stage of cooking, to obtain the best taste.
