Tom Yam Soup

Boil water in a pot.

Add in Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Seasoning Paste 40g and mix well.

Let it boil for 5 minutes then simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour into 1 side of 2 compartments steamboat pot and ready to serve with condiments.

Salted Egg Soup

Heat up cooking oil in a pot. Add in ginger and white parts of spring onion then stir fry until fragrant.

Add in ground boiled salted egg and stir fry until bubbling.

Add in water and boil.

Season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock. Stir well.

Pour into 1 side of 2 compartments steamboat pot, sprinkle green parts of spring onion and ready to serve with condiments.
