Mix chicken thoroughly with blended ingredients (A) and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.

With wet hands, wrap the chicken mixture around each lemongrass stick. Set aside in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a grill pan. Grill the satay for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Ready to serve with side of sweet chilli sauce.
