Boil beef bones and meat until the meat is tender. Remove the bones and meat and let them cool. Then, slice the meat and set aside. Save the broth for the gravy.

Blend the sweet potatoes with the beef broth and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry ingredients (A) until fragrant and golden. Add curry powder and fry until the oil rise on top.

Add the ground sweet potatoes, the remaining broth estimated 2 litres, water and the beef bones. Boils until sauce thickens.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Stir well.

Ready to be serve with condiments.
