Fried Tofu

Add tofu in a bowl with Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour Original 150 g, then toss to fully coat them.

Heat cooking oil in a pan then deep fry the coated tofu until 3/4 cook. Remove from oil and rest it for 5 minutes.

Deep fry again in hot oil until crispy and brown.
Dry Salted Egg Gravy

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add bird eye chili, boiled salted egg yolk and curry leaf, stir-fry until fragrant and bubbling.

Reduce the heat and add evaporated milk, mix well.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and sugar. Mix well.

Add fried tofu and mix thoroughly.

Ready to serve.
