Pour in oil on top of the fish and rub until it’s well coated, then set it aside for 10 minutes.

Heat up your non-stick pan without oil.

Fry up your fish until crispy.

Serve your fried fish with soy sauce and chilli.

Tip: Pouring oil on top of the fish and rubbing it until fully coated will lessen the usage of oil.
