Fill the soup pot with the chicken, sweet turnip, Holland onion, garlic, ginger and water. Let it boil for 20 - 30 minutes while skimming all the scum that floats up.
Drain and strain the soup, discarding all the vegetables, and let the chicken cool before shredding it to pieces and using it as a condiment later.
Boil the soup again and season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, white pepper, rock sugar and salt. Add the fish cakes and fish balls to the soup.
For the soy sauce sambal, blend all the ingredients (B) in a blender to a smooth paste. Season it with AJI-NO-MOTO®.
Place a portion of flat noodles, accompaniments including shredded chicken and soup into a bowl. Serve with soy sauce sambal.
Tips:
With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 16% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
