Heat oil together with butter then add minced chicken meat. Stir fry until cooked.

Add garlic, onion, carrot and stir fry until fragrant and wilted.

Add sausage, fry for a while and add black pepper powder, wheat flour and pasta blanching water. Mix well.

Add spaghetti, evaporated milk, broccoli and cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese fully melts.

Add dried parsley, dried Italian herbs, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
