Beef Soup

Pour water in a pot and add beef. Boiled until tender, let it cool then thinly sliced. Keep the broth and set aside.

Heat cooking oil, grind ingredients (A) and soup spices powder then stir-fry until fragrant and yellowish.

Add in beef broth, stir well and boil for 20 minutes.

season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.

Ready to serve with bee hoon, red sambal and condiments.
Red Sambal

Grind garlic, shallot, red onion with water.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan then stir fry ground ingredients and chili powder mixture until fragrant.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and sugar, mix well.

Ready to serve.
