Homemade Potato Nuggets

Steam the potatoes until soft, then drain.

Mash the potatoes and mix in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, corn flour and wheat flour.

Pipe the mixture onto baking paper in a nugget shape, then freeze for 1 hour.

Coat the potato nuggets by dipping them in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Repeat until all potato mixture finish.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Shallow-fry the nuggets until golden brown and drain excess oil.

Ready to serve.
