Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cooking oil in a bowl together with Seri-Aji® Tepung Goreng Pisang 150g. Mix well.

Add in cooking oil and knead until it forms into a dough.

Scoop 1 tsp dough and roll into a ball. Gently flatten it with a fork.

Bake for 8 minutes at 170°C or until golden brown. Let it cool.

Dip ¼ to ½ part of the cookies with white chocolate and sprinkle with ground pistachio and edible dried rose petal. Let it set before storing.

Ready to serve.

Tips: Do not over knead, it may cause your cookies texture to be hard. Cooking time depends on your heat distribution in your oven.
